A New Strategic Plan to Guide the Transition to Value Based Payments

Toomey Residential and Community Services of Syracuse, NY developed a new five-year strategic plan with the guidance of Senior Associate Vicki Quigley this summer. Toomey is a $10million organization that provides health care and residential services including trauma informed care for Unaccompanied Refugee Minors.
